Herman is preceded in death by his wife, Alice M. (Bruce) Street; and son, James R. Street.
He is survived by his stepdaughters, Barbara (Bruce) MacGregor and her husband Jim of Celebration, Florida, Betty (Bruce) Stemler and her husband Donald of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Rosemary Bruce of Jeffersonville, Indiana, and Gail (Bruce) Gilbert of Jeffersonville, Indiana; stepson, Dale Bruce and his wife Donna of Jeffersonville, Indiana; 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
His Graveside Service will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2017, at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
