Turner, Holly Ann, 35, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on March 29, 2016.
Holly was born on April 5, 1980, in New Albany, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her father, Fredrick Schraffenberger.
She is survived by her mother, Anna Schraffenberger; husband, Jason Turner; children, Chris Smith, Logan Turner, and Lucas Turner; sister, Casey Simpson (David); nieces, Brionna Simpson, Elyza Simpson and Sophia Simpson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home-Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272). A funeral service to honor the life of Holly will be held on Friday at 12 noon at the funeral home.
