He was a US Army Veteran and a member of Southeast Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Eva; son William; daughter,Anna Leellen Starrett and grand daughter, Kayla Starrett.
Funeral ceremony 10 AM Saturday at Newcomer Funeral Home 235 Juneau Drive with burial in the Richmond KY cemetery Visitation 4-7 PM Friday.
Expressions may be made to the Missions Ministry at Southeast.
