Helen Stewart, 70, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020. Helen enjoyed watching her daytime TV, WWE Entertainment, and her Westerns. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and was the one to listen and help all those who needed guidance. Helen was the babysitter of the family, and enjoyed watching her grandchildren.

She was born on August 29, 1949 in Louisville, Kentucky to Clarence and Halena (Taylor) Carter. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Armstead Stewart, Jr., Son, Jerome Stewart, Sister, Sarah Hall, and Brother, Clarence Carter, Jr.

Helen is survived by her, Daughters, Denise (Michael) Thurston, and Annetta (Dewayne) Payne, Son, Kevin (Tamoya) Stewart, Grandchildren, Leshon Louden, Antonio Stewart, Destiny Stewart, Alexandria Stewart, Diamond Stewart, Jalen Martin, Chauncy Durham, Jr., Jamel Johnson, Mikyana Thurston, and Tymetrius Stewart, Great-Grandchildren, Leasia Louden, Aubrey Martin, and Jesiah Allen, Sisters, Anita Brooks, Mildred Wilson, and Costella Dunn, and Brother, Ronnie Carter. Helen also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends, and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel.
