Helen M. Couch

Helen M. Couch, age 64 of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2015. She was a member of the Pewee Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church, where she was active in the Women's Ministry. Helen was a dedicated certified nurse assistant at Friendship Manor for forty years. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Belma Aeh Moon; and her brother, Lowell Moon.

Helen is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Elisha; children, Eddie E. Couch (Michelle), Eric J. Couch, Elizabeth D. Smith (Leroy); grandchildren, James E. Couch, Katie L. Mings (Michael), Michael B. Couch; nephews, Derrick and Daniel Pierce; her sister, Diane Kane (John); and the other members of her loving family, Adam Smith,3 great-nephews; and a host of family and friends.

Services will be 2pm Friday, March 13, 2015 at Pewee Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church, 103 La Grange Road, Pewee Valley, KY 40056.
