Helen Louise Henderson, 77, of Georgetown, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025. She spent the majority of her life living in Alexandria, Virginia working for the United States Navy. Upon retirement, Helen enjoyed volunteering her time assisting senior citizens with computer services, as well as doing arts and crafts.
She was born on October 23, 1947 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to Thomas and Lois (LaDuke) Henderson. Helen is survived by her siblings, Carol Ward (Michael), Bill Henderson (Cindy); and numerous generations of nieces and nephews.
Helen's wish was to be cremated and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care.
