She was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Seth Foley and a great granddaughter, Eden Foley.
She is survived by her husband, Festus Foley; sons,Wayne (Katie),David(Debbie) Foley, daughters, Carol and Kathy Foley; brothers, Jacob Verl (Betty) Howard (Bernice), and Roy (Jo) Garner; sister,Louise Wasson;
Grandchildren, Nathan, Adam, Lauren and Austin; and great grandchild, Elin.
