"God saw you getting weary, He did what He thought was best. He came and stood beside you and whispered "come and rest." You bade no farewell, not even a good-bye; you were gone before we knew it; and only God knows why. It broke our hearts to lose you, but you did not go alone-for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. God gave us strength to bear it and courage to take the blow, but what it meant to lose you-no one but God will ever know"
Funeral Ceremony will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 5, 2018 at King Solomon Baptist Church, 1620 Rev. Charles Elliott Jr. Way. Visitation from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Sunday at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel.
