Heike Jones, 75, of English, Indiana passed away on August 10th, 2016. She retired from UPS as a purchasing agent. She was an avid traveler, lover of life and her family. She was also a devoted member of a lady's penny poker group that met every month for over 30 years.
Heike was born on June 21, 1941, in Rendsburg, Germany to the late Hans and Hanna (Munt) Krohn. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Herbert Krohn.
Heike is survived by her husband of 47 years, Donald W. Jones; son, Daniel W. Jones; and numerous family and friends that span the globe from the U.S.A. to Europe.
A gathering will be held from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Saturday, August 13th, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272).
Memorial contributions may be made to the MS Society.
