Hazel Wickett, 87, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on February 7, 2018.
She retired from Highlands Baptist Hospital as the head dietitian and was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church.
She was born on July 19, 1930 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Robert and Maude (Sale) Yankey. She was also preceded in death by her husband William Wickett, brother Ernest Yankey and sisters Wanda Huff and Sarah Schott.
Hazel is survived by three step-sons; Lonnie Wickett (Jean), Gary Wickett (Carolyn), Timothy Wickett (Jerene) and her loving family and friends.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 pm Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243) with burial to follow at Middletown Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
