Hazel is survived by her Daughter, Cathy (James) Federspiel, Son, Larry Fryer, and Daughter, Sharon (Larry) Kerns, 6 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
Hazel will be buried at Campground Cemetery, in Bonnieville, KY.
