Hazel Marie Fenwick

Hazel Marie Fenwick, 53, passed away on July 22, 2021. She volunteered at Semple Elementary and Charity Hall BINGO. Hazel was a co-leader of her granddaughters girl scout troop. She was a talented artist and enjoyed doing and making crafts. Hazel's favorite television show was The Walking Dead and she enjoyed going to fan conventions. Spending time with her children and grandchildren was Hazel's greatest joy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Mohr; brother, Danny Mohr and grandson, Alex Fenwick.

Hazel is survived by her husband, David Fenwick; children, Stephen (Sara) Mohr, Devin (Hope) Mohr, Mary Fenwick and Cheyanne Fenwick; grandchildren, Devin, Jr, Alexa, Kenneth, Jordan, Damian, McKenna, Zoey, Jerry, Braxton, Karsyn and Shiloh; sister, LeighAnn Mohr and many children she took under her wings.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 1, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 2pm-8pm. A celebration of Hazel's life will be Monday, August 2, 2021, at the funeral home.

Hazel will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery, 1600 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205.
