Hazel Lucille Colgate, 84, passed away on January 30, 2018. She retired from Christian Health Center as a CNA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Lee Colgate.
Hazel is survived by her children, Arthur David (Kathy) Colgate, Linda Nolan, Brenda (Jeff) Horton and Lillie (Mike) Shelman; 9 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild
Visitation will be Sunday, February 4, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 10am-1pm with a celebration of Hazel's life beginning at 1pm.
Burial will follow at Knob Creek Cemetery, West Point, KY.
