Hazel C. Davis, 88, went to be with the Lord on September 12, 2016. She was a member of Grace Praise and Worship.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Davis and son, Rick Davis.
Hazel is survived by her children, Rex Davis, Betty (John) Rich and Randy (Donna) Davis; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and daughter-in-law, Janet Davis.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 15, 2016, at Grace Praise and Worship (1521 Gagel Avenue, Louisville, KY) from 10am-12pm with a celebration of Hazel's life beginning at 12pm.
Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery.
