Hazel Albin, 87, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. Hazel was a wonderful lady who loved her family, and was a bright light to all who knew and met her.

She was born on October 1, 1931 in Edmondson County, Kentucky to Dewey and Mona (Carroll) Clark. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Earl Albin, Sr, daughters, Mary Albin and Karen Fravert, son, Earl Albin, Jr., and 6 siblings.

Hazel is survived by her daughters, Mona (Greg) Albers, Patty (Dennis) Gohl, Nita (Dennis) Bielefeld, Donna (Rick Hamilton) Hagen, Liz Lyons, and Debbie (Ted) Coffey, sons, Mike Dunn, Larry Albin, and Tim (Linda) Albin, sister, Dollie Duff. Hazel also leaves behind to cherish her memory 22 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Monday, at Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery.
