Harold George Wolfe

Harold George Wolfe, 81, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020. He retired from Fischer's Packing in Louisville. Harold collected cars and trucks, enjoyed fishing, and was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds. He also enjoyed Friday gatherings with family and friends at Wendy's.

He was born on November 20, 1938, in Corydon, Indiana, to the late George and Ivy (Krush) Wolfe. Harold was also preceded in death by his son, William George Wolfe.

Harold is survived by his wife, Brenda (Timberlake) Wolfe; children, Karen Wolfe, Laura Hitner (John), Paula Snyder (Bob), Troy Haste, and Kevin Haste; siblings, Ronnie Wolfe (Evelyn), Paul Wolfe (Barbara), and Marlene Issacs; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2020, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with his funeral service taking place at 1:00 p.m. Entombment will follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
