He was born on December 13, 1943 to the late William and Louise Milburn.
Harold is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Mary R. Milburn "Rose"; children, Drew Milburn, Pam Johnson, and Robin Milburn; brothers, Willis, Clannon, Prentice, Kenny, and Larry; 7 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be private.
