Harmie G. Melton, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021. Harmie was a loving husband, dad, and brother. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing. He enjoyed stock car racing and could fix anything with a motor. He was a buddy to many and will truly be missed by his friends and family.
He was born on September 14, 1946 in Whitesburg, Kentucky to Willie and Edna (Stidham) Melton. He is preceded in death by his father, Willie Melton and mother, Edna Melton; siblings, Marion Melton, Denver Melton, Betty Melton, Sarah Melton, Bessie Melton, and Nellie Melton.
Harmie is survived by his loving Wife of 22 years, Mary Spahalski-Melton; son, John Melton; step-son, Billy Kidd. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.
