Hannelore I. Dodd, 88, passed away on November 23, 2016. She was born and raised in Germany and always loved travelling home to visit her relatives. She was a member of the Shiner's Boat Club; The Red Hat Society and enjoyed travelling around the world.
She was preceded in death by husband, James "Sonny" Dodd; her mother; two sisters and a brother.
She is survived by her sons, Pete (Lois) Mohr and Jon (Shelia) Mohr; grandchildren, Melissa Mohr, David Mohr and Bobby (Patricia) Mohr; numerous great-grandchildren; step-son, Craig Dodd and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 27, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home. Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway) from 3pm-7pm. A Celebration of Hannelore's life will be Monday, November 28, 2016, beginning at 10am at the chapel of Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel.
Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, 279 Landis Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047.
