Gwen Wells, 80, of Louisville, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on October 15, 2014. She was born on January 26, 1934, in Lowes, Kentucky, to the late Leonard and Geraldine (Clark) Wells.

Gwen is survived by her daughter: Janet Louise Foshee (Walter), son: Keith Thomas Prince (Cathy), five grandchildren (Christy, Lauren, Eric, David, Kelly) and one sister: Jane Bright.

Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville).

A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Parkland Baptist Church (7206 Shepherdsville Rd, Okolona, KY 40219)

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
