Gregory Weightman, Jr.

October 2, 2001 — October 27, 2021

Gregory "Bubby" Weightman, Jr., age 20 of LaGrange, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021, with his parents at his side. He was a loving son, grandson, brother and nephew. He will be missed dearly by family and many wonderful friends. He was a student at University of Louisville. Gregory is preceded in death by grandmother, Rose Whitmer; grandfather, George Weightman and grandfather Arthur Steele Rose II.

Gregory is survived by his father, Greg Weightman Sr, (Reny); mother, Lauren Rose Weightman; brother, Greyson Weightman; and Reny's daughter, Shelby O'Bryan; grandmothers, Carolyn Dunn and Judy Rose; grandfather, Jesse Whitmer; aunts, Donna Weightman, Kathi Hochstrasser (Jonathan) and Betty Grieshaber (John); uncles, Gordon Dunn and Richard Rose; many loving cousins, and a host of friends.

Visitation will be 4 to 8pm on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. Visitation will also be Wednesday, November 3rd from 9:30am until time of celebration of Gregory's life at 11am there. It was Gregory's wish to be cremated afterward.
