Green, Gregory W., 56, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on October 22, 2016.
Gregory was born on December 31, 1959, Denver, Colorado.
He is preceded in death by his father, George William Green.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Nicole Andriakos; grandsons, William Jeffrey Andriakos and Nicholas Campbell Andriakos; mother, Margaret Cooke (Billy F. Cooke); siblings, Kimberly Roby, Christopher J. Green (Dennise), Phillip S. Green (Leslie), Kevin Cooke, Kelly Cooke, Scott Cooke (Melanie); and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243), with a memorial service to follow at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In loving memory of Gregory, memorial contributions may be made to The American Diabetes Association.
