Glenda Richart

Glenda (Hatcher) Richart, 76, passed from this life on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at her home. She was a Baptist by faith. She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Era Hatcher and her brothers; Edward and Charles Hatcher.

She is survived by her husband of 49 ½ years, John Richart, son, Chris Richart (Malissa), daughter Tracey Caparrelli (Marc) and grandchildren Keith Gullett, Christina Richart, Nikki Caparrelli and Ashley Richart.

She worked the majority of her life in Executive Administrative Assistant positions throughout Louisville. She left those responsibilities only to care for her family, which she continued to do until she lost her long, hard-fought battle with cancer.

Glenda was a loving and devoted Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She was adored by her family who most lovingly will always remember her as "Sissy", "Mama", and "Nanny".
Glenda was truly an angel on earth, and will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2016 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive Louisville 40243).

Her funeral ceremony will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 11:00am at Newcomer Funeral Home with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
