Glenda R. Collier , 76, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on February 19, 2016. She retired from Jefferson County Public Schools and was a member of JCTA and KRTA.
Glenda was born on January 30, 1940, Lebanon, Kentucky to the late James and Celeste Isaacs. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Betty Ann Isaacs Helm; and her brother, Bobby Keith Isaacs.
Glenda is survived by her brother, James T. Issacs; 9 nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville). Her Funeral Ceremony will be held Wednesday at 3:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Louisville.
