Ginette M. Cahill

Ginette Cahill, 90, passed away on October 4, 2015. She was an avid animal lover of all kinds. Her family was the most important thing in her life with daily calls to her children and she never failed to recognize a birthday or an anniversary. Gathering with her family during holidays was very important to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Abel Louis and Georgette Cahill; husband, William P. "Junie" Cahill and children, Sharon Osbourn, William P. Cahill III, Daniel R. Cahill and Patrick "PT" Cahill.
Ginette is survived by her children, Lillian Ford, Charlie Cahill, Michael Cahill, Patty Siegrist, Joyce Payne and Darrell Cahill; 34 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 8, 2015, from 11am-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway). A celebration of Ginette's life will be Friday, October 9, 2015, beginning at 11:am at Incarnation Catholic Church, (2229 Lower Hunters Trace), Louisville, KY.
Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens - West (4400 Dixie Hwy.)
