Geraldine (Baker) House, 73, was born on Tuesday, July 10, 1945 in Louisville, KY to her mother Temple Lee (Hopkins) Baker and father Verdna Baker. On Wednesday, July 18, 2018, our beloved transcended from us. She was preceded in death by her Father and Mother; Husband, the late illustrious James R. House; Brother, Frederick Baker and Son, James T. House.

Geraldine leaves to cherish her memory to two daughters, Indie K. (House) Sadler, & Rosalind C. House; two sons, Jeffrey B. House I & Phillip A. House I (Gabriella); one sister, Bonnie (Baker) Babar; 3 brothers, Stanley Baker (Faye), Scott Baker (Vickie) & Paul L. Baker (Liz); nine grand-children, eleven great-grandchildren & one great-great grandson; and a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.

Visitation will be 10 am - 12 pm on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40272, with a celebration of Geraldine's life at noon. Burial will follow in Green Meadows Memorial Cemetery, 3800 Shanks Ln, Louisville, KY 40216.
