Gerald "Jerry" J. Marchand

Gerald "Jerry" J. Marchand, 81, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on April 9, 2025. He was born on May 13, 1943 in Louisville to the late Richard and Ruth Marchand. Jerry was a graduate of Trinity High School. He worked most of his life as a Sales Professional at Nanz and Kraft Florist and Tape Industrial.

In addition to his parents, Jerry is also preceded in death by his brother, Richard "Rick" Marchand; and sisters, Susan Margaret Marchand, Mary Elaine "Lainey" Marchand, and Marian M. (Marchand) Strause.

Jerry is survived by his son, Ryan A. Marchand and his wife, Christine Marchand; daughter, Stephanie A. Marchand; and son, David S. Marchand, and his wife, Anne Marbarger, step-daughter Jamie Coultas.

A prayer service for Jerry will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 10:00 am at Newcomer, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). Following the service family and friends will have a time of visitation that will conclude at 2:00 pm.
