Mrs. Georgetta Walker, age 77 passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at her residence. She was preceded her in death by her husband Clarence Walker . She was a former employee of Morrison's Cafeteria and was known as the "Pie Lady".
Mrs. Walker is survived by her children: Deborah, Cheryl and Gary; 3 sisters, Irma Steveison, Iris Young and Willetta Watson; her brother, Herbert Johnson.
Funeral ceremony will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with visitation from 3-8pm Tuesday. Memorial expressions may take form of contributions to Hopewell Presbyterian Church. Online condolences at www.Newcomerlouisville.com.
