George Ronnie Wilkerson

George Ronnie Wilkerson, 71, of Corydon, Indiana, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022. Ronnie was a hard worker, who drove trucks for a living. Earlier in life, he enjoyed hunting and fishing and later became a master at winning on slot machines.

He was born on July 20, 1950, in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to the late George William Wilkerson and Ruth (Tungate) Wilkerson. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, John Wilkerson.

Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Natalie Bishop; son, George Gregory Wilkerson; sister, Juanita James; sister, Jane Law; and granddaughter, Taylor Bishop.

Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2022, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will follow at 6:30 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
