George Buford Teston Jr. (GB), 84, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.
A lifelong Law Enforcement Officer, George retired from The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms in 1994. He was a Free & Accepted Master Mason, Past President K.P.O.A, and a member of the Yaarab Shrine Temple, F.O.P, and the Middletown United Methodist Church. He proudly served in the United States Naval Reserves. George was an avid outdoors man who loved hunting, fishing and spending time at Five Points Farm.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda; his daughters, Marti Teston and Fran Arentsen (John); his grandchildren, JT Arentsen II (Ashley), Paige Keyman (Mike), Katherine Teston; his great-grandchildren, Oliver Arentsen, Charlotte Arentsen, Addison Arentsen, Jaxon Keyman; his sisters, Kay Rutherford (Alan), Ann Guthrie (Steve).
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243) with burial to follow at Floydsburg Cemetery in Crestwood.
