George Kelly Pardue, Jr.

George Kelly Pardue Jr., 56, passed away Saturday September 26, 2020. He was born on May 5, 1964 in Louisville, KY to Anna Louise Payton and George Kelly Sr., who preceded him in death. He was the youngest of 3 children. He attended Central High School and graduated in 1982. A few years after graduation , George enlisted into the Army and later served as an Army Reservist.

George was a hardworking man. He worked for White Castle Distribution for 21 years and Walmart Neighborhood Market. when he wasn't working George enjoyed grilling, listening to old school hip hop, spending time with his grandchildren, watching his 49ers and the Houston Rockets. George was a devoted father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was loved by all and will be missed dearly.

To cherish loving memories and mourn his passing are his daughters, Reyona Gill (Michael) and Brittany Jones (Richard), son, George Kelly Pardue III, step daughters, Taysha and Alexis Farley, granddaughters, Makinsley Gill and Braylyn Susewell, grandson, Michael gill, sister, Angela m. Knights (Derrick), brother, Kenneth E. Payton, niece, Nicia Seabrooks, aunts, Lois Carvin, Jean Taylor and a host of cousins, friends and other relatives.

A visitation will take place from 11am-1pm on Monday, October 5, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Chapel. A service celebrating George's life will take place at 1pm on Monday and then he will be laid to rest in Green Meadows Cemetery.
