George James Kessler, Iii

George James "Jim" Kessler III, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020.
He was born on February 16, 1951 in Jeffersonville , Indiana to George and Hazel Kessler. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer S. Kessler, and his brother, Michael Kessler. George proudly served our country while enlisted in the U.S Navy, and was a member of the VFW Post 193. When he was not spending time with his family, he enjoyed bowling, fishing and hunting.
George is survived by his children, Corinne (Robert) Kessler, Lorna (David) Woosley, and George Kessler, IV, his grandchildren, Zachary and Evan Price, Shyann, Kaleb, Quinton and Aireonna Woosley, Brittany Ayers, Hunter Linton, George Kessler, V, and RaElla Kessler, his great grand children, Raymond Lang, VI, and Salem Raisor, and his sister, Donna (Bobby) Franke.
There will be a private family service at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
The family requests that contributions in George 's memory be made to the National Fragile X Foundation, www.Fragilex.org/donate/
