George "Eddie" Bender , 73, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2019.
Eddie was a veteran and proudly served in the United States Army. After being honorably discharged from his military service he worked at GE for many years.
Eddie is survived by his Son, Richard "Ricky" (Tammy) Bender, Sisters, Patricia Dunn and Elaine (Danny) Schweitzer-Snellen, 3 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). A memorial service will be held at 3 pm on Saturday.
