Geneva Kaye Raisor

On Monday, March 22, 2021, Geneva "Sissy" Kaye Raisor, loving wife and mother, passed away at the age of 65.
Geneva was born as the youngest of 14 on September 21, 1955, in Buckner, Kentucky, to Frank and Mallie (Prather) Hedges.
She married William Eric Raisor and, together, they raised three children. She often said that raising her children was the biggest fulfillment of her life. She had an amazing ability to inspire humility, kindness, understanding, and humor. Many will also remember her for her love of unique shoes, purses to hold her gun, and Volkswagen Beetles.
Geneva is survived by her husband, William Raisor; daughter and her partner, Hilary Monday and Garrett Harrington; son, Will Raisor; son and his husband, Sheldon Raisor and Ron Passarella; 4 grandchildren: Mackenna, Brooklynn, Christian, and Eva; and a vast family of brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday March 27, 2021, at Greater Life Apostolic Church in Louisville, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, please donate to: PeTA (people for the ethical treatment of animals) or the NRA (National Rifle Association).
