Gene Donald "Don" Muncy, 78, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020.
He was born on November 14, 1942 in Harold, Kentucky to the late Thomas and Mona Muncy. Gene retired after 32 years from the US Postal Service. He was a member of the Simpsonville Church of Christ.
He is preceded in death by parents and siblings.
Gene is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Martha Jean Muncy; sons, David Mark (Jennifer) Muncy and Eric William (Lori) Muncy; daughter, Jennifer Lynn (Theron) Watters; 7 grandkids; and sister-in-law, Bernice (Jack) Stengel.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, December 21st, and 12:30 pm to 1:30 on Tuesday, December 22nd at Newcomer, East Louisville Chapel(235 Juneau Drive). His Funeral Service will be at 1:30 pm on Tuesday with entombment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
