Gavin Matthew Jacques, age 18 of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018. He was a graduate of Eastern High School where he was in Junior ROTC and gaming clubs. Gavin was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Nathan Kefauver and Joseph Koestel.

Gavin is survived by his loving parents, Michael and Janie Jacques; siblings, Aaron Jacques and Linda Watkins (Donald); grandmothers, Dawn Wooley and Rheba Koestel; grandfather, Paul Jacques; aunts, Candy Thomas (Kurt) and Sherry Kefauver; nieces, Lena and Amee; nephews, Jack and Aden; several cousins; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be 3-8pm on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown. A celebration of Gavin's life will be 11am Friday, February 9th at the funeral home.
