Gary O. Weyer

Gary O. Weyer, 72, passed away on August 11, 2018. He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Gary retired from Bell South after 30 years and was the owner of Qwik Quality Photo Lab. He was an Army National Guard veteran and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Gary never met a stranger and was loved dearly by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roman and Evelyn Weyer and sister, Deanne Roeder.

Gary is survived by his wife of 50 years, Bonnie Weyer; sons, Troy Weyer and Christopher (Kim) Weyer; grandchildren, Blake (Kasia), Justin (Leanna), Jordan (Hannah Sturgeon), Kenzie, Logan and Lindsey; great-grandson, Garrett; sister, Janice (Joe) Mederios; faithful companion, Blondie and numerous nieces and nephews.

A gathering for Gary will be Wednesday, August 15, 2018, from 6pm-8pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY. A mass will be Thursday, August 16, 2018, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 6105 S. 3rd Street, Louisville, KY 40214 beginning at 10am.
