Gary Lynn Johnson

Gary Lynn "Big Guy" Johnson, 58, passed away on October 20, 2017. He owned Gary L. Johnson Heating & Cooling and worked closely with his daughter, Whitney and son, Nick in his business every day. He was a hard worker and was an avid hunter, fisherman and enjoyed building and racing cars with his son. Gary's grandchildren meant the world to him and spending as much time with them as he could, brought him great joy.

He was preceded In death by his Parents, Lenard and Alice Johnson; brother, Larry Johnson and sister, JoAnn Johnson.

Gary is survived by his wife, Pam Johnson; daughter, Whitney (Melvin Bing) Johnson; son, Nick (Dana) Johnson; grandchildren, Jaden Bing, Brooklynn Bing and Camden Johnson; brother, Roger (Annette) Farris and many family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 3pm-8pm and Wednesday, October 25, 2017, from 9am -1pm with a celebration of Gary's life beginning at 1pm at the chapel of the funeral home.
