He was born on August 16, 1953 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Edward and Barbara Lay. He is preceded in death by his Parents.
Gary is survived by his Sisters, Belinda Singleton, and Gwen Embry.
His Graveside Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central (2501 N. Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160.
