Fredrick Leon "Fred" Bailey, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on April 21, 2020.
He retired from Philip Morris after 28 years of service.
Fred was born on October 4, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Raymond Bailey, Jr. and Wanda Cox Caine.
He is survived by his brother, Tim Caine; sister-in-law, Robin Caine; niece, Sarah Caine.
Services for the family will be private at this time. Burial will be held at Resthaven Memorial Park. There will be a Celebration of Fred's life at a later date, when restrictions are lifted.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hosparus of Louisville and The KY Racetrack Chaplaincy.
