Frederick Andrew Prindle

Frederick Andrew Prindle, 54, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on June 16, 2017.

He retired from the United States Navy after 30 years of exemplary service as Command Master Chief Petty Officer (CMDCM) in 2012. He was a lifelong, faithful member of the Catholic Church and most recently St. Bernadette Church and the Knights of Columbus Council 13053.

Fred was born on January 18, 1963 in Xenia, Ohio to the late Daniel and Madeline (Wolf) Prindle. He was also preceded in death by his brother Robert David Prindle.

Fred is survived by his wife of 35 years, Mary (Hall) Prindle; daughters, Jessica Renee Heim (Corey), Megan Rose Garcia, grandchildren Evelynn, Avery and Camden. He is also survived by siblings Mark (Mary) Prindle, Diana Prindle, Eric (Kim) Prindle, Gregory (Charlene) Prindle, Angela (Frank) Tipton, Helen Morrow, Betty Hale and Luke (Molly) Prindle. Fred is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home East Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville 40243).

Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am at St. Bernadette Church (6500 St. Bernadette Ave, Prospect, KY 40059) with burial to follow at 1:00pm at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (Central) in Radcliff, Kentucky.
