Freddie Donald Head 48, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 10, 1969 to the late Freddie Donald Head Sr. and Patricia Goldsmith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Freddie Donald Head, Sr.; sister, Donna Jean Head.
Freddie is survived by his beloved mother, Patricia Goldsmith; brother, Gary A. Head (Bridget) ; sisters, Rhonda J. Castongue (Brian) and Kathy A. Paris (Jason); daughter, Alexis C. Head; and granddaughter, Kenzie E. Puckett; step-father, Wayne Goldsmith; and a host of other family members and friends to mourn his passing.
In loving memory of Freddie, contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association.
Funeral Ceremony will be 2:00 pm Monday, December 11, 2017 with a visitation from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, Kentucky 40272.
