Freda Katherine Terry Bowman

Freda Katherine Terry Bowman, 68, of Buffalo, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024. 

She was born on December 2, 1955 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Roscoe and Hettie (Lewis) Terry. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Charles Bowman, life companion, Joseph Lesher, Sr., brothers, Leslie Terry and Gene Poynter, and her daughter In-Law, Tammy Nix Bowman.

Freda is survived by her loving family; sons, Jacob (Lisa) Bowman, Timmy (Tammy) Bowman, Charlie (Jessy) Soeder, and Joseph Lesher, grandchildren, Jacob Bowman, Jr., Timmy Nix, Andrew Nix, Joseph Cox, Dylan Lesher, Billie Soeder, and Charles Soeder, III, great grandchildren, Jase Bowman, Emberlyn Bowman, Isaiah Norris, Ayla Kapetanios, and Novaleigh Kapetanios, sibling , Garry (Sandy) Terry, Eva (Dirk) Higdon, Sheila (John) Voll, and William Terry, along with her sisters in-law, Bonnie Terry and Fay Poynter.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 6th at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Park City, Kentucky.
