Fred Hignite

August 2, 1986 — December 15, 2022

Fred J. Hignite, 36, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022. He was born August 2, 1986 to mother, Anita D. Evans and father, the late Arthur M. Hignite. His brother, Jeremy S. Chafin preceded him in death. Fred was registered of the Baha'i faith.

He is survived by his mother; sister, Jessica Chafin (Brian) Booth; nephews, Jacob Booth and Brian Booth Jr., and niece, Alison Preston-Booth.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243) from 2:00pm – 4:00pm with services to follow at 4:00pm. Burial will take place at Pewee Valley Cemetery (Maple Avenue, Pewee Valley, KY) on Monday, December 19, 2022 at 1:00pm.
