Fred is survived by his wife of 39 years, Nancy (Spurlock) Harwood, parents, Fred and Josephine Harwood, son Patrick (Stephanie) Harwood, two grandchildren Jackson and Marlee Harwood, sister Jeri (Robin) Hale-Cooper, sister-in-law Cathy (Mark) Salvate, and brother-in-law, Douglas Spurlock.
Per Fred's wishes there will be no funeral services.
