Frank Paul Kennedy

August 27, 1918 — March 21, 2018

Frank Paul Kennedy, 99, of Sellersburg, Indiana, formerly of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, passed away on Wednesday evening, March 21, 2018. He was a United States Coast Guard veteran that bravely served his country during WWII. Frank was a talented commercial artist in New York City and retired from the Florida Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

He was born on August 27, 1918, in Odum, Georgia, to the late John and Vera (Wilson) Kennedy.

Frank is survived by his children, John Kennedy (Janice), Jerry Kennedy (Martha), Donna Novello (Victor), and Joseph Kennedy; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 26, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel at the funeral home with burial and military honors to follow at Sellersburg Cemetery.

Contributions in Frank's memory may be made to the activities fund at Lincoln Hills Nursing Home (326 Country Club Drive, New Albany, Indiana 47150).
