Frank "Frankie" Adkins

Frank "Frankie" Adkins, 62, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. 

Frankie was a loving caring soul who didn't meet anyone he did not like. His life was about staying positive, helping others and giving to others. He would give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed him. During Frankie's free time he enjoyed cooking, eating, and taking care of his animals and plants. His favorite place to be was by the sea. Frankie's legacy will live on through us each and every day. 

He was born on May 28, 1962 in Louisville, Kentucky to Frank and Joan (Chapman) Adkins. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Steve Adkins and Richard.

Frankie is survived by his life partner of 33 years, Carlos Santos - Marcano, brothers; Kenneth Hartlage, Richard (Connie) Hartlage, sister; Deanna Franke, step-mother; Delores Adkins, mother-in-law; Noemi (Santos) Marcano, along with numerous friends, colleagues and cousins that will love and miss him dearly.
