Frank "David" Burkhead, Jr., 63, passed away on June 9, 2015. He went home to be with his Heavenly Father.
David is survived by his brother, Dennis and his wife Kathy; sisters, Cindy and Angela and her husband Arville; nieces and nephews; His lifelong and faithful friends, Ken, Sharon and Brittanny and his loving and caring neighbors.
Visitation will Saturday, June 13, 2015, from 10am-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway) with a celebration of David's life beginning at 2pm.
