Frances Perry, 77, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2019.

Frances was born on January 30, 1942 in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert and Thelma Thompson. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Son, James R. Osborne, Jr., Sister, Alma J. Kidder, Brother, Phillip E. Thompson, Sister, Doris M. Kuchenmeister, Sister, Mary M. Braden, and Brother, David L. Thompson.

Frances is survived by her Daughter, Rebecca (Ricky) Cook-Riley, Son, Richard W. (Donna) Osborne Sr., Son, David A. Rainey, Sr., Daughter, Barbara S. Perry, Sister, Myrtle M. (Bill) Powers, Brother, Robert J. Thompson, Sister, Freida M. (Jerry) Petty, Sister, Elizabeth A. Drechsel, Brother, George W. (Shirley) Thompson, 11 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). A celebration of her life will follow at 3:00 pm.
