Frances Marie Fulton (Buck)

Frances Marie Fulton (Buck), 92, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025. Frances loved her kids and wanted to be with them at all times. She was a devoted member and woman of faith at Brookview Baptist church for over 60 years. She loved to cook and you never left her house hungry. She enjoyed yard sales, thrift stores, flea markets, playing slots at the gambling boat and most importantly she loved anything Elvis. Frances will truly be missed by anyone and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

She was born on June 16, 1933 in Cool Springs, Kentucky to William and Grace (Hines) Hawes. She is preceded in death by her Father, William Hawes, Mother, Grace Hawes, Husband, Herman Fulton, Husband, James Buck, Children, Charles Fulton, Mary Phillips, Siblings, Lawrence Hawes and Edna Morris.

Frances is survived by her loving family, Children, Johnny (Patti) Fulton, Barbara Stallard, David (Debbie) Fulton, Tammy Buck, and Lisa Buck; 14 Grandchildren, Many Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren; Siblings, Lonnie (Judy) Hawes, Billy (Wanda) Hawes, Jr., Anna Arnold, and Sue (Roy) Boling, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends to cherish her memory forever.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 6:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers all contributions in Frances’s memory be made to Brookview Baptist Church (4323 S Brook St. Louisville, KY 40214).
